2. Delivery
   1. Whilst every effort is made to ensure items are dispatched in a timely manner, ultimate delivery is subject to third party services such as our nominated courier(s) or national or international postal services, over which we have no control. Therefore, delivery on a specific day or date cannot be guaranteed.
   2. For time-critical delivery it is important for you to leave sufficient time to enable the item to arrive safely and in a timely manner. We undertake to dispatch products to the address you provide to us, for which a signature upon receipt from a responsible person over the age of 18 shall be required.

3. Variations in colour, texture and pattern
   1. Although we make every effort to ensure photographs accurately represent the products to which they refer, it should be noted that not all computer screens are set the same and that operating systems may differ slightly in the way colour is displayed.
   2. Please note that each product we create is an individual one-off piece, there will inevitably be some difference in areas of colour, texture and patterning when comparing one item to another as each creation is unique.

5. Order cancellation request
   Cancellation of an order may be acceptable under the following terms:
   1. A cancellation request must be given to us in writing prior to any creative or production work commencing
   2. A cancellation request must be acknowledged and confirmed in writing by us as having been accepted.
   3. In the event a cancellation request is refused, an explanation for such refusal shall be provided and in such circumstances any money paid will not be refunded.
   4. You will be charged for any work already undertaken to the point of a cancellation request being acknowledged.
6. Refunds
   1. As each Bond Telegram is a custom-made one of a kind no refunds are given.
   2. We will, however, offer to make right any issues you may have arising from defect or damage in transit. Any limitations placed upon you by us do not affect your statutory rights.
7. Right to amend terms

For delivery to an address outside the United Kingdom responsibility for delivery will pass to a postal service provider within the country the message is to be delivered, with the understanding that the Sender shall pre-pay all costs associated with such delivery.
    6. No responsibility attaches to this Company concerning messages until the same is confirmed in writing as accepted; when a message is sent for delivery by an agent of the Company, he acts for that purpose as the agent of the Sender.

Bond Telegram messages, of the Sender's own composition, are sent via the Company's nominated courier or postal service provider; accordingly it is understood and agreed by the Sender that the Company shall provide to the Company's nominated courier or postal service provider information supplied by the Sender to enable safe and accurate delivery of the message to the address as stipulated by the Sender.
